Gained experience in Citrix Xenapp, Sage 100 2017, Sage CRM, and Windows Server in a multi company environment. Furthered my experience with PHP and web development by designing a company website Built a PXE boot application spanning 8 locations that autoloads a windows 10 pro image, applies the latest patches, joins the domain, autonames the PC the Mac/Service tag (all without WDS and SCCM). All this used various technologies such as iPXE, DNS, PHP and SQLite which held the machine list database, SMB which allowed mounting the windows installer image, DFS to replicate files between sites, and IIS which provided initial boot images Installed ACTi cameras and NVR software setup, built an NVR with off the shelf components and RAID Worked with Veeam Backup & Replication in a multi site setup, multiple backup proxies, multiple domain controllers. Upgraded server systems to the latest supported version of vSphere and ESXi Utilized PDQ Deploy to create unattended packages for Sage 100, Citrix Xenapp, MS Office w/OCT, Windows 10 Pro metro app removal Utilized PDQ Inventory to create IT system compliance reports of ~300 user machines (e.g. systems needing updates, systems with unwanted software, etc)
Installed, upgraded, maintained, and engineered IT systems for a company that specializes in lighting. Working under Ed Schmuhl, Operations Manager. I kept business critical services running, performed upgrades, and advised in purchasing and upgrading IT assets. I engineered and rolled out MDM services to mobile phones, managed VMWare infrastructure and engineered a SAN, I gained experience working with Sage Software ERP MAS 200 front and back end.
Repaired PCs, did upgrades and virus removal. For several months I accompanied Chad(CEO) with repairing flat panel televisions, and assisting him in business consulting for managed IT services.
I was hired temporarily to keep up with demand for new clients. In the months I worked with Vox, I gained experience deploying management profiles to mobile phones for multiple fortune 500 companies.
During my time at Search Circus, I designed and developed websites for Cleveland area businesses. I managed social media accounts, configured apache servers running the websites, and installed and configured content management systems. I organized and created reports based on traffic ratings, and created solutions to improve them.
At High Thai’d Cafe, I managed and configured the point of sale computers running Windows CE. I created monthly sales reports with Excel. My second task was to make a website that is easy to use for both desktop users and mobile phone users. It must have the ability for customers to see the menu online as well.
